Angel Flight, Original Abstract Angel Fine Art Photograph

On Mondays in March and April, I’m focusing on a new series of abstract photo art that I’ve been working on called Angels of Light. This particular piece is called “Angel Flight.” Angels are many times portrayed as symbols of hope. I hope that "Angel Flight" reminds you that hope comes at moments when you need it most.

“Angel Flight” is my personal favorite from this series. This piece show the beauty and fierce raw power that I believe Angels must have. This idea for this series came to me during the holidays. The light from the Christmas tree looked so beautiful on my collection of angel statutes—that I have to photograph them.
“Angel Flight” was photographed using a Canon camera and a lensbaby lens—a selective focus lens. I combined several exposures in Abode Photoshop to complete the image. The quote reads “Angels can fly directly into the heart of the matter.”

Prints of this artwork are for sell on etsy. http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=40985859 “Angel Flight” is signed and dated on the back. It’s not matted or framed. A professional lab prints the image on metallic paper. The watermark isn’t on the final print.

Angel Of Dreams, Original Abstract Angel Fine Art Photograph

Let me introduce you to my new abstract series called Angels of Light, this series is being featured on Mondays in March and April. This photo featured today is called “Angel of Dreams.”

Most religions—not just Christianity--have writings or sayings about angels. For the most part, they are represented as being intermediates between God and men. They are often sent to mankind to deliver messages, save individuals in perilous times, and guide humankind. In some religious traditions, every person is believed to have a guardian angel. Angels patronize human beings and other creatures, and manifest God’s energy. I would like to believe that angels can be a source of inspiration.

The inspiration for the Angels of Light series came to me during the holidays. I have a collection of angel figures that I look forward to displaying every year. I noticed how ethereal one of figurines looked—backlit by the light of the Christmas tree. I decided to photograph my collection with a lensbaby lens—a selective focus lens. The quote reads “Angels descending bring from above, echoes of mercy, whispers of love.”

Prints of this artwork are for sell on etsy.

Angel’s Breath, Original Abstract Angel Fine Art Photograph

On Mondays in March and April, I’m introducing you to a new series I’ve been working on since December. This abstract photo series is called Angels of Light. “Angel’s Breath” is featured in this blog article.

There have been several studies based on interviews in which people describe having had an angel encounter in which they were touched, pushed or lifter to avert a dangerous situation. I had a similar encounter when I was pulled out of oncoming traffic when visiting Ireland. I hope that "Angel’s Breath" reminds you that hope comes at moments when you need it most.

This idea for this series came to me during the Christmas holidays. I collect angel tree toppers. I noticed how the pretty the Christmas tree lights looked behind one of my angel figurines. They looks so ethereal and almost heavenly. “Angel’s Breath” was photographed using a Canon camera and a lensbaby lens—a selective focus lens. I combined several exposures in Abode Photoshop to complete the image. The quote reads “I wear a coat of angel’s breath and warm myself with His love.”

Prints of this artwork are for sell on etsy.

Angel Speak, Original Abstract Angel Fine Art Photograph

On Mondays in March and April, I’m introducing my new abstract series called Angels of Light. Today photograph is called “Angel Speak.” .” When we’re asleep, I’d like to believe that our angels inspire us. Do you ever solve problems in your sleep? Sometimes I do. Could an angel be helping me? Sometimes, I dream about important truths being whispered in my ear. In my dream—whatever is said makes me very happy. Even though, I never remember the message when I wake up—I usually feel great. Maybe the angels are speaking to me in my sleep.

This idea for the Angels of Light series came to me during the Christmas holidays. I noticed how ethereal one of my angel statues looked in front of the Christmas tree. “Angel Speak” was photographed using a Canon camera and a lensbaby lens—a selective focus lens. I combined several exposures in Abode Photoshop to complete the image. The quote reads “While we are sleeping angels have conversations with our souls.”

Angel Descending, Original Abstract Angel Fine Art Photograph

My abstract series called Angels of Light is being featured on Mondays in March and April. This photograph is called “Angel Descending.” Some angel scholars say that angels have wings so that we can understand that they have the ability to leave celestial heights and the most elevated dwelling to approach human nature.
Surveys indicate that 55 percent of Americans, including one in five of those who say they are not religious, believe that they have been protected by a guardian angel during their life.

This idea for the Angels of Light series came to me when I was decorating our house for the holidays. I noticed how beautiful the light looked on one of my angel statues. “Angel Descending” was photographed using a Canon camera and a lensbaby lens—a selective focus lens. I combined several exposures in Abode Photoshop to complete the image. The quote reads “Angels descending bring from above, echoes of mercy, whispers of love.”
